Los Almendros on Carr 429 km 1.2 is a 54 unit condominium association located in Bo. Borrero, Rincon Puerto Rico. Our convenient location is situated just off route 115 providing easy access to route 2. We are on 8 Cuerdas of land with beautiful gardens, just across the street from a nice beach named Playa Almendros. We have 2 tennis courts, 1 large and 1 small swimming pool. There is a gate with controlled access and a security guard at night.Nearby there is a sport complex with a running track, tennis courts and weight room, 2 min drive or 10 min walk from Los Almendros. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the small town of Rincon 5 min. drive from our condo. In Mayaguez to the south, there are large shopping malls, movie theaters, and a small airport about 20 min drive. In Aguadilla to the north, there is a large airport and golf course about 40 min drive.
