Los Almendros is a condominium community of 54 units over 3 floors. For most owners these are 2nd homes and thus it is often quiet except on holidays and certain weekends. This web site is meant to provide you with some information to help you become a part of that community so that as neighbors, we can all get the same enjoyment out of our homes and community.
